Bar 7 Beef is based in the Quesnel area of British Columbia's Cariboo region.

For the past eight years, we've been raising cattle here, focusing on responsible livestock management and rotational grazing practices.

Our cattle are moved between pastures, allowing long rest periods between grazing. We use this approach to encourage grass recovery and maintain productive grazing land.

We're proud to make our beef available directly to families in Quesnel and the surrounding communities.

How We Raise Our Cattle

We practise rotational grazing: the herd moves from one pasture to the next, and each field gets an extended rest before cattle return. That rest gives the grass time to recover and regrow, helping keep our grazing land productive season after season.

Yes. Quesnel is our home area, and we offer our beef directly to families in Quesnel and the surrounding communities.

We offer the Intro Beef Box ($140 CAD), the Grilling Beef Box ($195 CAD), the Value Beef Box ($250 CAD), ground beef in 1 lb packages, and quarter and half beef by arrangement.

Quarter beef is from $2,400 CAD and half beef from $4,600 CAD. Please contact us to arrange either one.
