These terms apply when you order or reserve beef from Bar 7 Beef. Bar 7 Beef is our registered business name, and we are a ranch-direct beef business in the Quesnel area of British Columbia, Canada, operating the website at https://bar7beef.ca. By placing an order or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.
Products and prices
- Intro Beef Box — $140 CAD
- Grilling Beef Box — $195 CAD
- Ground Beef — $12 CAD per lb
- Quarter Beef — $2,400 CAD
- Half Beef — $4,600 CAD
Prices may change. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm with you before you pay. If we make a pricing error, we'll contact you before going ahead.
Placing an order
Submitting our order form is a request, not a completed purchase. All orders depend on availability and are confirmed by us directly. Pickup or delivery arrangements are confirmed with each customer individually.
Payment
- We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer. Payment instructions will be provided when your order is confirmed.
- We don't currently offer online credit card checkout.
- Beef boxes and ground beef are paid for at pickup or delivery.
Quarter and half beef reservations
- Submitting our quarter & half beef inquiry does not purchase or reserve beef.
- Your reservation is confirmed only after we agree on package details, availability and arrangements, and we receive your $500 deposit.
- Quarter beef: $500 deposit, remaining balance $1,900.
- Half beef: $500 deposit, remaining balance $4,100.
- The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.
- The exact cuts and quantities are confirmed with you before purchase.
Deposits and cancellations
- Quarter and half beef reservations require a $500 deposit.
- Your deposit is refundable if you cancel before your beef is committed for processing.
- Before you pay your deposit, we'll tell you when your beef will be committed for processing and explain any cancellation conditions that apply.
- Any cancellation deductions must be agreed with you and disclosed in advance, and remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
- To request a cancellation, email orders@bar7beef.ca as soon as possible.
Problems with your order
If something isn't right with your order, please contact us promptly at orders@bar7beef.ca so we can look into it and work with you on a fair solution.
Communications
When you place an order or send an inquiry, we may contact you about it through appropriate channels, such as email, phone or text, to answer your questions and complete your order.
Marketing emails and text messages require your separate consent. Submitting an order or inquiry does not, by itself, sign you up for promotional texts or emails. Any text messages we send will respect the consent choices you've made and applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your rights and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when your order or reservation is confirmed will apply to it.
